Leading Orange County based lifestyle brand is currently looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team! This role will work hybrid onsite in OC.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Handle assigned accounts - order entry, order management, delays with shipping, etc.
- Assist customers with a variety of questions including placing orders and order status
- Provide product information as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products & promotions
- Maintain and analyze various reports as needed
- 2+ years Customer Service experience required
- Superior customer service and listening skills
- Ability to multitask
- Passion for the lifestyle industry
- Ability to express empathy to customers and work in a proactive manner to respond to their needs and concerns
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, EDI or related program preferred
As a contractor of 24 Seven, you’ll be a W2 employee with access to a variety of our benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K. This role is paid hourly within the range of $20-23hr depending on experience and qualifications. Only local and available candidates will be considered.
